By submitting your property or development details to IGrow, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Submission of a property does not constitute an offer, commitment, or obligation by IGrow to purchase the property.
- All submissions will be reviewed by IGrow’s internal team and, where appropriate, presented to the IGrow Investment Committee for consideration.
- IGrow reserves the right to accept or reject any submission at its sole discretion, without the need to provide reasons or feedback.
- The final decision regarding the acquisition of any property rests solely with the IGrow Investment Committee and shall be considered final and binding.
- IGrow shall not be held liable for any loss, costs, or damages arising from any decision not to proceed with a submission.
- All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
